Job Title: Mall Operations Manager

 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

 

The Manager oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of various projects within the mall, such as renovations, maintenance activities, and promotional events.

They ensure projects are completed on time and within budget to enhance the mall’s overall appeal and functionality.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

 

The role involves addressing operational challenges, resolving conflicts, and making strategic decisions to optimize mall operations.

From handling emergencies to implementing new policies, the Manager plays a key role in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

 

The Manager works closely with departments like security, housekeeping, marketing, and finance to coordinate activities and achieve common objectives.

Effective collaboration ensures smooth operations and a cohesive mall environment.

Leadership and Mentorship:

 

As a leader, the Manager provides guidance, support, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

They lead by example, inspire their team, and drive performance to meet organizational goals.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

 

Continuous improvement is key to success in this role.

The Manager identifies opportunities for innovation, streamlines processes, and implements best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

 

The Manager may be involved in technical aspects like implementing facility management systems, overseeing customer service initiatives, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for visitors

 

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
