Job Summary

We at Kudev Solutions are looking for an Admin Officer to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and support company events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory as well as handle office facilities.
  • Serve as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Competent in report writing, i.e., PowerPoint presentations. Document management.
  • Handle confidential materials and conversations with finesse

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper division.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Location: Lagos Island

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
