Minimum Qualification : Degree Experience Level : Entry level Experience Length : 2 years Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion. Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Organise and support company events, workshops, and meetings. Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory as well as handle office facilities. Serve as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain strong working relationships. Competent in report writing, i.e., PowerPoint presentations. Document management. Handle confidential materials and conversations with finesse Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper division. Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Location: Lagos Island Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
