The Sales Lead supervises a team of Sales Executives and helps deliver results in assigned zones by providing coaching, coordination, and field execution.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Sales Executives
  • Drive team-level targets and track individual performance
  • Engage with local customers and dealers
  • Handle escalated sales queries and close key accounts
  • Organize team fieldwork, route plans, and events
  • Submit team reports to Sales Manager

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 700,000
