using the MediaElement package

For now, I’ll be using the MediaElement package. You can install it from the NuGet Package Manager. I’ll set it up and confirm that media playback works correctly. After that, I’ll share simple instructions on how to use MediaElement. Later on, we’ll store our video URLs in Firebase and load them dynamically into the MediaElement for playback.
