Get Ahead or Get Ignored

You can’t afford to take the back seat. Do whatever it takes to get ahead in life — because life is far tougher when you’re behind. Those ahead get more opportunities and more help. Even the Bible says, “To him that has, more will be given; but from him that has not, even what he has will be taken away.”

It’s a strange truth: the rich find it easier to get richer, and the influential gain influence effortlessly. Life is most stressful at the bottom. It takes discipline, consistency, and focus to rise above the crowd. Remember, “Many are called, but few are chosen.”

As a young man, guard your focus. Keep away from distractions. Rise first — once you do, everything gets easier. Stay disciplined, stay humble.
