10 Philosophy • Posted by u/fireman 21 hrs ago Nature’s lesson is straightforward: Everything you need to learn is already in nature. Project management is no exception. Look at a tree: you plant the seed, you water it, and for months nothing happens. You still keep showing up. When it finally germinates, it’s fragile, so you protect it. Growth is slow and mostly invisible, but it compounds. When the tree reaches maturity, it starts producing fruit in predictable cycles—dry season, rainy season, whatever the climate dictates. From each cycle, you take part of the yield and replant it elsewhere. That’s how you scale. And depending on the species, a single tree can keep producing for decades or even a century. Nature’s lesson is straightforward: initiation requires investment, growth demands patience and consistency, maturity produces returns, and sustainability comes from reinvesting outputs back into the system.
