Software Engineer at Speechify

Now, we’re looking for a Software Engineer (Platform) to help shape the backbone of Speechify’s technology building the systems that power payments, subscriptions, analytics, and text-to-speech APIs.

What You’ll Do

Design and maintain robust backend APIs (TTS, Payment, Auth, Subscription, Analytics)

Optimize backend architecture for scale, speed, and reliability

Collaborate on B2B integrations and custom enterprise solutions

Work cross-functionally to align backend systems with product strategy

 You’re a Great Fit If You

Have proven experience in TypeScript/Node.js

Know your way around GCP (bonus: AWS, Azure)

Move fast, think strategically, and love solving big problems

Bonus: Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
