Drive P&L, manage inventory, and collaborate with central teams. Must be 28 or younger with a proven track record and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Minimum Qualification : Degree Experience Level : Mid level Experience Length : 3 years Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Set and achieve monthly sales targets (online + in‑store). Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee inventory across warehouses, physical locations, and dropship partners; optimize fulfillment SLAs. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a small team; define and track KPIs (AOV, CSAT, fulfillment accuracy). Marketing Coordination: Partner with Kenkeputa’s marketing team to plan promotions, social campaigns, and in‑store events. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor dashboards (sales, inventory turnover, web analytics); iterate on pricing, promotions, and user experience. Requirements: Age Requirement: 28 years old or younger. Experience: 3+ years in a similar role managing both e‑commerce and brick‑and‑mortar retail (must demonstrate validateable success: sales growth metrics, operational improvements, or case studies). Hands‑On Attitude: Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and jump into day‑to‑day tasks—from merchandising to customer service.
