Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records for manufacturing and retail operations.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and manage both accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledger balances regularly.
• Record daily showroom sales and track production-related expenses.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and support financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and file statutory returns.
• Track inventory levels and support costing of raw materials, finished goods, and labor.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support ERP/accounting software usage and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, retail, or both.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, inventory control, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000 (Hybrid).
