Does Anoniki Really Work

Anytime I feel cold or some pains around my body, I think of Aboniki first. But does it actually work?When you're cold, it gives you this  soothing feeling but you probably get colder.

And in terms of pain, I don't know if it's any special than other balms. 
Seems we just love it for no reason lol
