Mental Hack: If Your Brain Feels Full, Do This

When you feel overwhelmed:

1️⃣ Write down what’s stressing you (don’t keep it in your head)
2️⃣ Break it into “Do now / Later / Not important”
3️⃣ Do ONE small task — momentum beats motivation
4️⃣ Touch sunlight for 5 minutes
5️⃣ Drink water, not coffee first

Your brain isn’t “broken,” it’s just overloaded.
