Eating outside

I'm so used to not buying food outside that I now have stomach upset when I try to eat outside. I thought it was only in the local food eatery but even food from big restaurants still disturbs me.😢

Even eating my friends food is a big deal. This is torture!! Because even when I'm sick, I try my best to make my own meal.
