If You Sleep but Still Wake Up Tired, Check This

You don’t need more sleep — you need better sleep:

✔️ Stop scrolling phone 30 mins before bed
✔️ Room should be cool + dark
✔️ Put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” or Airplane mode
✔️ 10 deep breaths before bed lowers stress
✔️ Try sleeping before 12AM — every hour before midnight counts double
