Have you ever made mistake while transferring money to someone?

I made a transfer of 7figures to the hospital and got debited, sent the receipt to them and they confirmed payment. 

The following day I made payment to my dollar account for perfumes and the balance in my account was somehow higher than expected. I was confused cos who is paying me such an amount? 

I checked my app and I still did not understand so I requested for my statement and noticed the hospital fee reversed. 

I kept quiet for 48hrs waiting for them to call me or something and no one called. I went to the hospital and requested to see their account officer. He was just appreciating me. 

Months later we were in the hospital and another bill. 7 figures again. This money reversed. This time I called them and requested to speak with their financial manager and again, another apology. 

I was like, is this how you’ll be apologizing? What’s all these? How is the hospital not noticing all these reversals? I am even reporting mine, what about those not reporting? He said they’ll always notice and auditors will notice

Last week I went to pick up medications and run tests. Everything was in 6 figures and before I’ll get home, a reversal happened.

I refused to call or say anything. I am waiting for their almighty auditors to notice it and give me a call.

Someone please explain to me like I’m five.

I use toothpick to double-check ₦1,000 delivery charges. But a hospital is letting millions slip through the cracks repeatedly??

I just remembered to talk about it cos I wanted to buy my yoghurt and the only money in my account is that their money and I am pissed!
