Lagos State University of Science and Technology has begun constructing a zoo and renovating its botanical garden.

Although the botanical garden has existed before, it was left unkempt without any renovation.

The school started the project around November last year, but so far, only the fence has been completed.

I'm sure the government has provided the funds, but I don't know why the work is progressing so slowly.
