20 yrs old jailed for stealing an Elepaq generator.

20-year-old Kazeem Tobi was  sentenced to six months imprisonment for stealing an Elepaq generator worth approximately ₦120,000.

Tobi was arrested by an NSCDC patrol team in the Idode One Way area of Ago-Iwoye while attempting to sell the stolen generator to a scavenger. He was rearrested on February 4, 2025, and charged with conspiracy to commit felony and possession of stolen property.

After pleading guilty, Magistrate Adeduntan remanded him at the Nigerian Correctional.
