Post image

*PRESS RELEASE*

The Federal Ministry of Education (FME) wishes to inform all Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) applicants that the password reset feature on the TVET portal is now fully functional.

Applicants who have been unable to access their dashboards can now reset their passwords and log in to check their application status by following the steps below:

How to Reset Your Password:

1. Visit the TVET Portal and click on the Menu icon.

2. Select Login.

3. Click Forgot Password.

4. Enter your phone number as your username, beginning with +234 (omit the first zero).

Example: +23480*******

5. An OTP code will be sent to the email address used during registration.

6. Input the OTP, set a new password, and proceed to log in to your dashboard.

The Ministry has observed that some applicants’ dashboard status may temporarily change from “Pending Approval” to “Pending.”

This is part of the routine database review and verification process currently being carried out by the TVET technical team. The change does not signify rejection or approval—it simply indicates that the application is still under review or undergoing data validation.

Applicants are advised to remain patient and avoid panic while these updates are in progress.
